I have just spent over 2 hours on What's App with an advisor who does not seem to be able to answer my query!!! All I want to do is print an A4 document as a booklet!!!!! My printer did this when I first got it - now there does not seem to be an option to do this. I've updated software, firmware, etc as advised. Now being advised to undo all these - WHY!!!

HP help is absolutely useless and I'm now considering buying another printer from another provider - surely it can't be that difficult to print a booklet. There is now no option on my drop-down list for a booklet as there used to be. Why has this been removed???????

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
