This is a matter of "what you see is what you get".
Yes, the printer does support borderless.
Yes, the PC / Mac versions of the application are "smarter" and provide more choices.
It is unfortunate but in the case of a printer-supported feature of this type, it is not a limitation of the printer, it is a limitation of the particular application.
Yeah, but...
I just checked again - the HP Smart app has just apparently rolled into a new version (logging in was kind of an adventure).
Unfortunately, as in the past, I do not find an option for Borderless printing.
Sometimes the answer is "No".
No one likes that.
