Borderless printing

I’ve tried looking up online and using the help line however after being on the phone and just doing the same things over and over for 3.5 hours and wasting 20 prints of ink both color and black and white and 5 prints of copies plus the paper for all of that and getting absolutely no where I came here to hopefully get an answer. I bought this printer for printing out my wedding stationary just to find out my 8.5x11 sized document doesn’t actually print fully on the 8.5x11sized paper instead there’s a white boarder around it making my items smaller than what they are supposed to be. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this my parents have the same printer and they don’t have a border when they print.

HP Deskjet 2855e is not a borderless printer, it can't print from edge to edge.
