Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Printer Connections:

  • Make sure the printer is properly connected to your computer (via USB or Wi-Fi).
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your PC.

Restart Your Computer and Printer:

  • Power cycle both the printer and your computer to resolve any temporary glitches.

Run Windows Update:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and make sure your Windows 11 is fully updated.

Download the Latest Drivers:

    • For HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe: HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe Driver
    • For HP OfficeJet 5255: HP OfficeJet 5255 Driver
  • Download and install the latest drivers for Windows 11.

Use the Built-in Printer Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters.
  • Select Printer and click Run the Troubleshooter.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Locate your printer under Printers and right-click to uninstall the driver.
  • Restart your computer and reinstall the drivers from the HP website.

Check Printer Status:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Select your printer and make sure it is set as the default printer and not marked as "offline."

Add Printer Manually:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click Add a Printer or Scanner and follow the instructions to add your printer again.
