Bought used printer, need help with installing

I bought a used printer from yard sale, message said i needed to talk to someone to reset, need number to HP help desk

Installing a used HP ENVY 5055 All-In-One Printer involves a few steps. Here's a general guide to help you set it up.

Unpack the Printer:

• Ensure all components are present, including the printer, power cord, ink cartridges, and any other accessories.

Power Up:

• Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power source.
• Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.

Install Ink Cartridges:

• Open the ink cartridge access door.
• Insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots. Follow the color-coded labels for correct placement.
• Close the ink cartridge access door.

Load Paper:

• Adjust the paper width guides in the input tray to fit the paper size.
• Load plain paper into the input tray.

Connect to a Computer:
