I just bought a Smart Tank 6001. I removed all the packaging and cardboard from under the scanner and the paper tray as per instructions. Plugged it in, all the lights are flashing. When I press the power button, a few of the lights turn on for a second, then they all shut off and the power button flashes by itself. a few seconds later all the lights start flashing again, rinse and repeat. I've tried it on different outlets, I've left it unplugged for a few minutes, same thing. Please help

Attention and Resume lights on, one or more Ink icons blink

Indicated ink tanks are very low on ink.

Attention and Resume lights are on and one or more Ink icons blinking

Identify the ink tank to refill.

Refill the ink tank.

Attention light, E7, and one or more Ink icons blink

Indicated ink tanks are out of ink.

Attention light, E7, and one or more Ink icons blinking

Identify the ink tank to refill.

Refill the ink tank.

Resume light and one or more ink icons are on

Indicated ink tanks are low on ink.

Resume light and one or more ink icons are on

Identify the ink tank to refill.

Refill the ink tank.
