Product: HP Smart v133.1.340.0

Bug: On Windows, when the Printer Spooler service is not running and HP Smart is opened, HP Smart displays a blank white screen and hangs there indefinitely. Restarting the application and did not help. Once I discovered that this was potentially caused by the Printer Spooler service not running, I started it and the HP Smart application began working upon restarting it.

Expected Result: I would expect that if the HP Smart app relies on the Printer Spooler service running for it to do anything, it would display an error message letting me know that the Printer Spooler service is not running and that it needs to be. I would also expect it to close automatically if the application would need to be restarted anyway once the Printer Spooler service is running.
