I am trying to setup my HP Envy 6455 printer and keep getting setup cartridge errors. I have both setup cartridges but I think they got damaged and are not working. I don't have the warranty as I bought this printer a while ago just haven't set it up, so I was wondering how to go about bypassing this error so I can use the printer? Please help!

@scgmck, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the setup ink cartridges are not working. To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
