I have a C6380 all in one connected to my network, most recently I was told by my solution center that a software upgrade for the drivers existed , so I downloaded the most current software full featured suite for my windows 64 bit systems one laptop and one desktop, now I cannot scan, printer works fine on wireless, no scanner with my solution center, if I use a third party scanner software, the scanner works fine.
