Hi, my C4280 is not working anymore and shows a misterious error message.
The details: The printer is connected to 64-bit Windows 10 by USB cable, the driver has been downloaded and installed from HP support page and one page has been printed successfully ( HP ink and paper ad )- but that's all. Since then the upper display and the on/off LED are flashing and the lower display shows "turn off and turn on again" message. However, that doesn't help and the guided support adressing power supply problems was not helpful.
What other reasons for the non-function may exist? What can I do to get the printer working again?
Any help will be appreciated, Tom.
