Product: HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Unable to print using C4480  from Macbook running BigSur OS 11.6.1.  Cannot find driver to update.

Hi @kss2 

 

First download and install the HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer, follow the steps from the next video:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

Thanks to your advice, my Macbook (BigSur 11.6.1) and my PC4480 are now united.  However, although printer 1. will print alignment page, it then sticks on scan and 2. will not print documents sent from Macbook.  I have new genuine HP cartridges installed and ran cleaning function to 3rd level.  Any advice?
