C7280 with Duplex wont print both sides automatically

I changed my ISP recently and my C7280 wireless had to be set up again, I have the unit operational but although there is a Duplex fitted and the printer would print on both sides automatically before, the function has now disapeared.

The printer is wired to an older computer running XP and fully functioning, its also connected to an 8.1 wirelessly  with all functions available exept printing on both sides automatically.

I have reloaded the drivers from the online service without it making a difference, my CD drivers are for earlier platforms and will not load.

Help, Printing both sides automatically is important to us, manually will probably result in the machine being dropped from a great height and a competitor's machine purchased...

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
