Good Day All,
I'm looking for the correct procedure to initialize the toner concentration (TC Init) after replacement of DV Unit on most of color laserjet Managed
The procedure found on different service manuals do not match (After performing the reset, you must run the toner concentration initialization by selecting TC Init in the
same menu screen.) ??
Thanks in advance

Thank for reply,

The actual model is E87640/87650/67660 but have same issues with other models

I do not find the "TC Init" as explained in the different service manuals, just the developer unit reset and according manual the TC init should be in the same menu screen

According to the current service manual, when you reset the developer it automatically starts the TC concentration sequence. Service manual states that firmware should be upgraded before starting.

Thanks very much Repairatrooper for your response,

That's what I thought, but thanks to you, I got confirmation.

just one last question, is it necessary to follow this procedure when installing a brand new machine ?

because devices comes with developer unit already installed on it and perhaps  factory calibrated (Just drum unit separately)

I have an issues with developer too saturated with toner (background on drum and transfer belt) after installation on several machines
