Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

SO HERE IS A GOOD ONE.

I HAVE A M177 MFP IT HAS ALWAYS REFUSED TO PROCESS FIRMWARE UPDATES.

SO I DID DEEP INTO THE MENU SYSTEM, AND IT TELL'S ME TO INSTALL M127n

What is the error you receive when you run the firmware?

Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?

Could you share the printer serial number in a private message?
