Been searching and can't seem to find a way to get this printer to print double sided. Is it possible?

Yes, from its specs, duplex is automatic

Interestingly, on my lenovo laptop all works fine; but on my HP laptop (pretty modern Zbook 17), when printing from Word, the advanced print settings gives me the choice of "Print one sided" or "Manually Print Both sides".   For some reason the driver doesn't seem to know it has two sided printing .  But there is a second printer in my list (says Hp Envy pro, copy 1) which does have all the printing choices.  Very odd.

I find this printer to be very complicated to use with the HP smart app.  I have been using printers for 30 years (used to work for HP, the Lab manager for the printer division was by boss for a while), but the UI is like nothing I've seen before, and not in a good way.

So, final question, do I -have- to load HP Smart on my second laptop to properly print?
