HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer and it doesn't print double sided, this is something I have to do myself by switching the paper round which is really annoying and time consuming. I did some research and some printers can have a duplex printing device installed. There's no option for me to talk to an actual human from HP and discuss if this is possible with my printer, so I am hoping someone from this forum may be able to help!!

Thank you!

Unlikely that this is something that can be added. The problem you face is that this model appears to be only offered in a manual duplex format and so there is likely none of the mechanical or electronics required to enable duplex printing. Some models are offered as both duplex and simplex and in those machines it is often possible to add the duplex component but not in this case.
