Thanks for reaching out!


I understand that you want your laptop not asking for a PIN and you just want to get straight to your desktop.  

Could you kindly share the exact HP model name or number of your device?  

 

Are you seeing the PIN prompt during Windows sign‑in or when waking the laptop from sleep?

Have you tried switching to your Microsoft account password instead of the PIN before ?
