Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I need to put Smart Stream on my MacBook Pro, but I cannot find the software. I downloaded HP Click, which is okay, but doesn't offer everything that I need. I am trying to work on my laptop instead of buying a new PC laptop. Is HP Smart Stream available for Mac OS?  I appreciate your help!
