I just got an HP Officejet Pro 8034e printer and got it set up on wifi easily.  I'd like it to also be a LAN printer but there is no LAN/Ethernet receptacle.  Can I use a LAN to USB converter device and use that to make it a LAN printer?  Is there any way??

Well, I've never actually seen this model -- interesting that the hardware is apparently so different.

Doesn't matter -- you have the solution you wanted.

I've used USB-C to Ethernet adapters - clever devices.

All Good.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Seems odd - according to what I can find, this printer definitely includes an Ethernet port.

After checking, I cannot answer how you ended up with this printer model that lacks the Ethernet port.

Well my OfficeJet Pro 8034e does not have an Ethernet receptacle but in reading the manual it says plugging in an Ethernet wire would turn off the Wi-Fi so I definitely would not want that. I got an Ethernet to USB adapter and now my printer works with Wi-Fi or from an Ethernet connected computer!
