Product: HP Envy 6455e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have tried everything possible to finish the setup with my HP Envy 6455e printer. It shows it is there but it comes up as being offline. What do I have to do to get the setup complete?

Hi @2ndchance1,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to complete the printer setup.
To assist better -
- Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public network?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- Have you installed the full-featured drivers or HP Smart on your computer?
Keep me posted.
