Product: Color LaserJet CP1515n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to download and install a windows 10 driver for my CP1515n I get an error message "add printer  Printer driver was not installed  Access is denied"

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

There is no full feature software available for Windows 10 for your printer. I recommend you download and install the below driver and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then try installing the Windows built-in driver following the steps in the below article.
