I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled to set up the printer and directly to your website to download all possible drivers. I think that your driver is not compatible with Win 10 that we can not install it on the PC. HP smart allows you to scan and print only PDF files but there is no driver installed on the PC. As result, we can not print from word/excel as HP Deskjet Plus 6475 is not on the printer selection list. Device Manager shows an unknown device and tries to update the driver by choosing the folder (HP DJ Plus 6400 series PCL-3) but the PC said "the driver can not be installed because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner. Contact your hardware vendor" It is a wireless setup method.
Please help I ready no clue and how to solve it. The printer bought on Oct 20. Now it is so hard to install it the second time. No like other laserjet printers that I can repeatedly install it.

True - this model is not a Laser Printer.
If you have never done so,
Consider >> Update the printer Firmware
HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6400 All-in-One Printer series Firmware Update
If there is printer software installed in Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features
Uninstall the printer software
Restart the computer and log in
Note: Your printer supports installing software using the Easy Start Software wrapper to install the printer software.
Method - Use the Easy Start Wrapper to Install the Full Feature / Full Driver Software
For printers that support the option,
Use the Easy Start wrapper to install and configure the printer software.
- Home Page - HP Easy Start
- Open Category Software and Drivers
- Topic: Software-Utility
- Download-and-Save the current version of the Easy Start wrapper to install your print software
- If using USB: Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and computer before installing the software.
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Select to install the “Full Driver” / “Full Feature Software”
- If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the end of the installation process).
- After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Notes >> Easy Start... The Journey
- Full Administrator Rights are required to complete the HP Software installation.
- About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full Driver" set (as opposed to the basic driver or other application).
- You can skip / ignore suggestion(s) that you add the HP Account – you’ll need the account at some point, for now, you can skip this suggestion (as many times as it insists it’s a good idea) during the full driver software installation.
- If you see it, you can skip / ignore suggestion(s) regarding Instant Ink subscription. Instant Ink subscription is NOT mandatory.
- Full driver includes print and scan functions supported by your printer and provides the printer features on which other applications / software might depend.

I think that I have successfully installed the wireless printer on the network from my laptop A (the one which set up the network printer. But when I tried to print it, it can not print with a printing error. I tested on laptop B and C with download driver from the network and it works just fine for printing.
I ran HP doctor scan and the printer diagnose. It seems fine with the printer setup. This gives me suspicious if there a problem of firewall blockage or corrupted driver issue from my laptop A? I tested on HP smart, i can scan from my laptop A but I still can not print the PDF file with the same printing error like Word direct printing. I wish I can attach the picture for further troubleshooting and your advice.
