Can only print black and white, but color copies are working

Hello all,

I have installed the DeskJet Plus 4120 on my iMac via the HP Smart App. The printer is brand new.

Color cartridge and black cartridge are installed properly, color copies can be made via the copy function, printer is printing color.

But from each program (photos, pages, keynote, whatever) I can only print unblock and white, a color option is not even shown in the print menu. It already starts that the testpage gets printed only in back and white, when initiated out of the HP Smart app.

Any ideas?

After some checking I discovered that there was a second printer available in the printers list. Same name but in front of the name was a "lock" icon. After choosing THIS printer, the color /b&w option became available. 

Very confusing that the same printer is available two times. Now it works ....
