Can only print from my phone. When printing from the computer it just does nothing. It says the printer is there. I thought I'd get a new driver but when I go to that page nothing - I mean - nothing at all is shown - just blank white - no matter what browswer I use

Get a network report from your printer. Is lit connected to the modem or is it configured for WiFi direct?
Please ensure it is on the modem. The report should show something like the following
LAN | STATUS | IP address | SSID | Password |
WiFi | enabled | 192.168.1.15 | ATT-ARRIS | GuessAgain |
WiFi-direct | enabled | 192.168.123.1 | DIRECT-WHATEVER | BadGuess |
Wired | disabled | |||
USB | disabled |
If your computer has WIFi it can use WiFi direct else it needs to find the printer using the router. Some printers cannot support WiFi and WiFi-Direct at the same time. Same for USB and Wired.
