I'm having trouble finding my HP ePrint email to sign up for instant ink.

I have tried every step in this link (https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/ish_2041245-1870311-16) but nothing's showing up & the display screen on my printer isn't loading either when i select 'display email address' under 'web services settings. Please help!
