I recently purchased a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One printer. I registered the printer but am unable to add the printer to my dashboard. I keep getting the following error message: This product must be associated with your HP All-In Plan account in order to be added to your profile. How do I add my new printer to my dashboard?

Hi @kstaschke,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're encountering an error message stating that your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e must be associated with your HP All-In Plan account to be added to your profile, it seems like there might be a requirement for your printer to be linked to a specific HP service plan before it can be added to your dashboard.

Here are steps you can take to resolve this issue.

  • Check your HP All-In Plan account: Make sure that you have an active HP All-In Plan account and that the printer is eligible to be associated with this plan. If you haven't signed up for an HP All-In Plan, you might need to do so to add your printer to the dashboard.
  • Ensure Printer Registration is Complete: Double-check that your printer is properly registered with HP. Sometimes incomplete registration can cause issues with adding the printer to your dashboard.
  • Verify Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet, as this is often a requirement for associating the printer with your HP All-In Plan account and adding it to your dashboard.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes firmware updates can resolve compatibility issues or bugs that might be preventing your printer from being added to your dashboard. Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model and install them if necessary.

By following these steps you should be able to successfully add your new printer to your dashboard.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
