Hi,

I previously lived in Luxembourg and had an HP+ account there. I’ve recently moved to Germany and bought a new printer. However, when I try to update my billing and delivery address for instant ink, I’m unable to edit the country section. How can I resolve this? I need to update my address to continue receiving instant ink as part of the trial.

To update the country for your HP+ Instant Ink account, you typically can't directly change the country in the account settings. Since you've moved from Luxembourg to Germany, here’s what you can do to resolve the issue.

 

Cancel the current subscription:

  • You may need to cancel your existing HP Instant Ink subscription for Luxembourg, as the subscription is country-specific. This is because HP operates its Instant Ink services on a per-country basis.

Create a new account:

  • Once the subscription is canceled, sign up for HP Instant Ink again with your new German address. You’ll need to use a different email or delete the old account to start fresh.
  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and register your printer again using the German address.
