Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended

I got a LaserJet M139we printer (used; good condition) and am trying to connect it to my local wi-fi. ( At the moment, the wi-fi indicator on the printer is flashing rapidly (perhaps twice a second). Beyond that, I have no way of knowing what needs to be corrected or how to correct it. My desktop does not recognize the presence of this printer, and I don't know how to get this printer connected to wi-fi.

NOTES:

1. The desktop associated with this printer is connected to my router by was of an ethernet cable.

2. This printer has no ports for either a USB or ethernet cable. Apparently it must be connected wirelessly.

Good suggestion with the video. It took me a few tries to do things with the correct timing, etc., but the printer is now connected to my local WiFi. Thanks for your assistance.
