I purchased my HP Tango X printer in 2020 and it was working fine until yesterday. About a couple weeks ago I upgraded WiFi plans so I knew I had to connect the printer to the new WiFi, which I successfully did on my mobile phone. Last night when I attempted to use my Mac to print a document out, I wasn't able to connect the printer to the laptop. I then attempted to redo the WiFi setup process I successfully accomplished a couple weeks ago, only this time on my Mac, but haven't been able to connect since on either my Mac or phone. I've followed printed instructions as well as online instructions from the virtual agent but nothing has worked. I removed my printer from my account on the HP Smart App to see if that'll help but it seems like it just removed my printers' registration to my HP account which is why I've selected 'Select a product I do not own' on this message. I've been trying to look for a technical number to speak to someone over the phone but it doesn't seem to exist. It seems like we're stuck with online instructions and videos so I'm giving this a shot.
