I purchased a new HP laptop computer with windows 10 and my HP 3330 laser jet does not work.  Can't get any support I downloaded software that one guy told me to and nothing.  Best Buy said I have to purchase a new printer but everyone at HP help line said it would work but won't help.  Not computer /printer smart...grandma.  So if not possible to use some one just tell me and I will buy new.  Don't

Hi,

The printer is supported on Windows 10 using the HP Universal Print Driver.

 

For a USB connection do not plug the USB cable yet but install the following drivers first:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL44939/fp-148007-1/Dot4x64.msi

 

Next, install the following by selecting Plug and Play and complete the installation, once done plug the USB to your computer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL40842/ds-99374-19/upd-pcl6-x64-6.6.5.23510.exe

 

For a Network connection connect the printer with a cable to your network and then install the HP UPD by selecting Traditional Mode. next, follow the Add Printer wizard to add the printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL40842/ds-99374-19/upd-pcl6-x64-6.6.5.23510.exe

I tried your suggestion.  At the UBS plug and play then it asked for printer and since this printer  HP Laser jet 3330 is over 10 yrs old is not on the list and you can't go any farther.  It looks bad.  Like maybe I have to buy a new one.  Thanks for something to try.,
