Updated my passwords for wifi and my HP account and can no longer add my printer back into the HP app. Tried resetting the printer back to factory settings. The setup process kept asking me for the printer password. I tried every password I could think of. None worked. Tried to print a configuration report. Wouldn't print. And now I can't connect my laptop to the HP setup network at all.

Problem solved. Hired a computer tech to come to my house. He couldn’t make it work wirelessly either. Connected the printer to my laptop with a cable and got them connected that way. Disconnected the cable and now all is fine.
Thank you for trying to help me.

Hi @juliacmead
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (x) at the same time for at least three
seconds. The printer restarts and then the Wireless light starts blinking blue, indicating the printer
is in Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. You can now set up a wireless connection between the
printer and your device.

Thank you for responding. I tried hitting the wifi and error buttons a few times. Finally got me into the setup network but still keeps asking me for the printer's password. I tried my last two known passwords, tried 12345678, tried the password from an old configuration report. Nothing works.
