Hello!  I got a new wireless router and I can't get my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M29w to connect to the new network.  I have tried button combinations to reset the network but that is not working.  HP Smart and HP Easy Start are not able to find the printer. I got it to print out some diagnostics but the printed sheet still lists the old network name.  I have wasted several hours on this.  Help!  How to I clear out the old network name?

Thank you,

Katie

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

There are several ways to restore the wireless network for this printer:

After reset, connect to network using HP Smart app again.

Hope that helps!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!  In case this helps someone in the future, the second video helped me.  I think I wasn't holding the wireless button down long enough to fully reset the wifi.  Thanks again!
