Officejet K7100
Microsoft Windows 11

After buying a new laptop with Windows 11 I am unable to use my Officejet K7100 printer.

 

I have followed the instructions on this page:

HP Officejet K7100 Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

And I get to the point where it says "The full software solution for your product is not installed on this computer.  In order to use all the features of your product, you must install the full software solution.  To download the full software solution, click the 'get installer' button"

 

But when I click the 'get installer' button it takes me back to the same link:

HP Officejet K7100 Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

Which doesn't have an option to download a driver, only the diagnostic tool.  I also can't find a page with drivers listed that I could download.

 

Please let me know how I can fix this!

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

 

I understand that you are unable to install the printer driver, I am glad to assist you.

There is no driver available for this printer model.

However, you can install the printer using Windows built-in driver.

Here are the steps:- Click here
