Product: laser jet pro m276nw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have downloaded easy set up and connected the printer ( laser jet pro m276nw). It finds the printer and when downloading hp essentials and hp easy scan it just stops. I can't quite as I get this message:

 

HP Easy Start is busy

You cannot quit the application during installation. Wait until the installation is completed.

 

Ho do I fix this?

May you see any difference by downloading and installing the drivers using HP Easy Admin instead?

My printer is not listed in the possible list of printers:

LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

 

so no, I can't see any difference

Launch HP Easy Admin and search for M276nw, the printer  should be listed by HP Easy Admin.
