Product: HP Officejet pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had a fax/printer for a while and can not get it to send fax's to my computer.  Can get no tech support from HP...NO HELP AT ALL.  I have updated drivers and followed steps so many times that I will never buy anything HP makes!

To better understand any possible cause, please let me know how the printer is connected to your computer, via USB or through the network?
