Hi @Spiral360,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Internet connection on the HP DeskJet 4152e printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Network Connection
- Ensure your printer is connected: Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
- Check Wi-Fi signal: Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and within range for proper connectivity.
Enable Web Services
- Access printer control panel: On your printer, access the control panel settings.
- Enable Web Services: This is necessary for internet connectivity and accessing online features. If Web Services are disabled, enable them through the control panel.
Restart Devices
- Restart the printer: Turn off your printer and unplug any cables. Wait for a minute before powering it back on.
- Restart the router: Unplug your Wi-Fi router for a few seconds and then plug it back in to reset its connection.
Check Network Configuration
- Check IP address: Confirm that your printer has obtained a valid IP address from your router. This can be checked on the printer control panel.
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi: If necessary, reconnect your printer to the Wi-Fi network using the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer’s control panel.
Update Printer Firmware
- Check for updates: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date for optimal performance. You can check for updates via the printer's control panel or through the HP Smart app
I hope this helps.

Thank you for all that info Kenshi! I found the problem before I received your reply but still thank you for the info! The problem was I took out the printer on my PC and couldn’t locate it back to the computer till 2 days later my computer finally located the printer and I reinstalled it back on. Now the printer is working great again.
