HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Hi

I’m trying to reconnect my printer to the wifi, but haven’t been successful at it. I just plugged it in after not using it for awhile. 

There’s no HP Setup WiFi listed on my phone.

 What am I doing wrong?

I understand you're experiencing some trouble reconnecting your HP DeskJet 2755e printer to your Wi-Fi network. Let's troubleshoot this step by step:
 

  • Check Wi-Fi Network: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.
  • Printer Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure that your printer is turned on and ready. Most printers have a Wi-Fi button or menu option to enable Wi-Fi connectivity. Check your printer's manual for instructions on how to enable Wi-Fi.
  • Printer Display: If your printer has a display screen, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings menu to see if it's connected to a network or if it's searching for available networks.
  • Reset Printer Network Settings: If you're unable to find your Wi-Fi network or if the printer is not connecting, you can try resetting the printer's network settings. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to reset the network settings.
  • Restart Router: Sometimes, the issue may lie with the router. Try restarting your Wi-Fi router and then attempting to reconnect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.
