I am unable to get the printer to print from the 8130e office jet. I am connected by Ethernet. When I try to add the printer, it says unable to install. It appears the scanning software installed but not the printer drivers/device. Help. Not sure how to get this printer to work. (Sadly, updating the OS isn’t an option as my mother is elderly and this is what she used to using.)

This printer does not support Windows 7.
