Hi @KE_PE ,
The HP Smart application is supported on Mac 10.14 or later, to use HP Smart you would need to upgrade your operating system to a later version, as a reference see the System Requirements within the FAQ section:

Please clarify your printer model so any other installation or usage method can be provided accordingly.

Generally, the printer is supported on macOS 10.14 or later versions @JacobFool , including its System Requirements:

You may set up the printer for a Wireless connection through any supported operating system (iOS / Android / Windows 10 + / macOS 10.14 +):
