I have a HP LaserJet Pro M1132 MFP printer/scanner. It always worked fine, but I now have a new computer, a desktop PC, and the drivers won't install.
I downloaded the latest drivers from the HP website:
HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769.exe
LJM1130_M1210_FW_Update_Security_20140318.exe
The security update won't work, because it says the printer isn't found. The "Full solution" - file shows it's extracting the files and then just stops.
I tried running the HP printer scan and diagnostic tool. It will find the printer and then tell me the proper software drivers aren't installed. It shows a download link for the proper software, but when I follow that, I get a page not found error on the HP site.
I tried turning off the firewall and antivirus software. The "Full Solution"-software will give an error saying it "can't delete the output file."
When I first plugged in the printer, I got a message that the drivers needed to be installed, and by accident I clicked it away. So I don't know if something went wrong there.
I hope this forum can help.

Hi,
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Right-click HpSetup.exe and select Run as Administrator, then the installation wizard will launch. Follow the steps on screen to complete the installation wizard.
Note: for USB, do not plug the cable till the installation clearly guide to do so.

Shlomi
