Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4276.
Printer and desktop connected to same Wi-Fi.

Can't get past firmware part of HP Smart setup.

 also can't manually install firmware.

Have switched it off and on multiple times, restarted desktop multiple times.
Restarted both simultaneously multiple times etc.

Please help

I have now managed to update the firmware manually using link sent by HP support and following their instructions that took quite a lot of time.

But it's not changed the instruction to finish the setup in HP Smart, and when I try, I still get the same screen.
And now support is ignoring me... like they don't want to deal with it.

How can I escalated the situation? Or should I just return the printer under warrantee?
