Did you ever find a solution for this?   Tried running as administrator and changing resolutions.  Also updated to latest dotnet  4.8 but still no luck.  I am guessing there is a library this installer uses that has had its behavior changed in recently.

We are experiencing the same problem with multiple Windows 7 machines and HP209DW printers.

Same options greyed out.

We have also tried installing the drivers manually through windows by manually adding the printer, but this has also failed.   Prints go to the queue in this method, get taken off the queue, but not printed off the printer.

We have also tried multiple versions of the print driver installation but they all have the "accept all" button greyed out.

Our printers are dead in the water.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
