Can't open HP Smart app in windows 11

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

If the problem is a new one, that is, the app worked previously (for example, yesterday), then the issue is perhaps less dire.

What?  If the application has never worked, it is likely a different underlying reason for the failure.

 

Assuming the app has worked in the past --

 

Try Restarting everything, or as much of your equipment as you can stand.

A good "restart stuff" can fix minor glitches.

 

Move on to other troubleshooting, including making sure that the application version is the latest on every device where the app is installed.

 

Try the Reset option on the HP Smart App

 

Try uninstall / restart / reinstall of the app.
