Product: Laserjet P1505
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to download the driver for my laserjet P1505, but can't seem to access the support page. I keep getting this message 

 

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30.243d2b17.1538123949.1fe9fc"

 

or directed to a IBM server page

 

Anybody else having this problem? 

 

I downloaded a driver from another website, but doesn't seem to work

I am experiencing the same problem, there are some issues regarding HP websites for the last few days, from time to time you cant access  HP webs, but a few minutes later everything works, so you need to try again during the day.
