Hi,
Since my last windows 10 Home upgrade on my HP Laptop 15 -bs0xx , I haven't been able to print in colour from my laptop (I can print in colour from other devices). I have tried to find where to change these settings but theres no option anywhere in the printer preferences or settings (including the advance sections). I understand from a previous disscussion board that I may need new driver software to resolve this but i havent been able to talk to an actual person in the UK!!! (not going into the issues ive had with that)
Printer is a HP Envy 5540 all-in-one
Please Help
