HP ENVY 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can’t print from webpages or from my yahoo email.

HP ENVY M Laptop computer; Win 10 64bit.

HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer.

Using internet connection for communicating with the printer.

I had to uninstall / reinstall my printer and now I am unable to print from webpages including email.  I only get a window that states - HP Preparing preview .  The thinking circle just keeps spinning and I have to close the page to get out of it.  I can print from Word, Excel etc. no problem!  Thanks in advance for helping!

Hi @bjmcdaniel@**bleep**,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print the webpage.

To assist better -

  1. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public router?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. What browser are you trying to print from? Have you tried using a different browser?

 Keep me posted.
