Can't print on 4x6 index cards

My printer will not print on 4x6 index cards. My printer shows a message stating "cannot print on paper shorter than 4.5"/11.4 cm", but in the tray, it shows a section stating 4x6 but in portrait orientation. Is there a way I am able to print landscape orientation, if not then does anyone know a way I can turn my text on Microsoft word? I am trying to my medication cards!

Printing on 4x6 cards is supported by this printer.

Check the paper-handling specifications in this HP document:- Click here

If you are not getting option to print card, then create a custom size and then try to print.

Refer this HP document for the steps to create a custom size.
