Thave all my settings set to printing 8x10 on my computer. The preview looks good but when I print, my image is cut off about an inch on the side with white inside of my image. I tried setting the paper in different area on the loading tray but still same issue in different areas. Idk if I'm loading it improperly or something else?

No idea, though the "load paper" how-to instructions do not say anything about loading the paper other than the way described.  I've never used a top loader printer so I don't know whether adjusting the way the paper feeds is a good plan or not.  ??

-----------------------------------------------------

The specifications do indicate that 8 x 10 inch paper is supported.

Reference

Media sizes supported
Letter; legal; 4 x 6 in; 5 x 7 in; 8 x 10 in; No. 10 envelopes

The application or printer software you are using can impact the results.

For example, if the photo file is not the pixel size / shape for 8 x 10 inch paper AND if you are printing to maintain the Aspect Ratio, the photo might not fit the 8 x 10 inch paper shape.

If the shape of the photo does not match the shape of the paper, the print settings must be adjusted to "fit" the content OR you should edit the photo file (content) to match the shape of the paper.

What?

HP Smart - Windows - Simple Photo Print
Crop
This option creates even borders around the photo.
Portions of the original content might be cut off if the shape of the photo file does not match the shape of the paper.

Shrink to Fit
"Fit" retains the content and the shape of the original photo.
The option can result in uneven borders if the shape of the photo does  not exactly match the shape of the paper.

Example - HP Smart - Windows - Simple Photo Print - 4x6 inches - Borderless
HP_Smart_Win_Print_Photo_4x6_All_3HP_Smart_Win_Print_Photo_4x6_All_3

Example - HP Smart - Windows - Scan > Import Photo > Edit > Crop - Select crop type and shape
Note that HP Smart - Mobile - Scan > Import > Edit options are similar and do include a Crop option.
HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Edit_Image_Set_1HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Edit_Image_Set_1

Example - Windows - Microsoft Photos - Select Print Options
Your paper size and setup will be different from the example - the point is to illustrate that the application can adjust to your photo to print that file onto the paper at "full size" or a selected size.  Select Page Margins = Uniform

There’s no instructions how to load the paper 😞 just how to set up the printer. I’ve been looking all over the internet and can’t find any information. I originally was using the app from my phone to print and then I tried my computer thinking I could adjust more settings on there so it would print properly but still same issue.
I tried the app on my phone again and the paper printed slightly better. The image is almost fully on there but slightly still cut off on the side.
