HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a PC running Windows 10 Pro.  The PC does not have a WiFi card and so it connects to my local network via Ethernet cable.  I had my HP Envy printer running over the same wifi network and it worked fine for over a year.  Then I moved and have a new local network.  The PC is connected once again to the new local network via Ethernet cable but I can't figure out how to setup the printer again with the new Wifi network.  I've tried all the HP tools such as HP Smart with no success.  Then I went to a hard wire USB connection between PC and printer.  The diagnostic tools tells me it sees the printer, shows me ink levels and knows when the tray is open.  But when I print to it, nothing happens.  Seems like the print job goes to some queue and gets stuck.  Can anyone help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

Let's restore the Printer's network settings:

To restore the printer to the original network settings ● On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers and did reply to you!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
