Since switching from my gateway to Spectrum's modem and router, I am having issues printing. The proper SSID and password are applied (Printing the "Wireless Network Test Report" confirms this.) However, when trying to print from my Dell laptop (Inspiron 15) it generally shows the printer off line. I thought I read somewhere Sprectrum routers coming with  combined 2g and 5g combined may be the issue. If so, what is the solution?
